It is hard to believe it has been 11 years. Many of us remember exactly where we were and what we were doing when the planes struck. I of course, was working with a dog. A beautiful yellow lab. As that lesson ended and I made my way to the next lesson I can almost remember the radio broadcast word for word that told me of the ongoing scene in NYC. I held my dogs tight that day.
11 years later it is still important to think of the men women and K9’s that lost their lives that day. And it is just as important to remember those that survived, those that stood up and took the pledge to help defend and fight for our country and those that have since that day lost their lives in battle.
Today we remember.
